The Food Conspiracy

A major cause of a Fat and Sick Britain, prone to chronic heart disease, diabetics and many other chronic diseases may be directly linked to how Britain´s food supply is over processed and presented to us in plastic wrapped, warm and serve, ready to eat packages.

Today our nutritionists and food experts evaluate our food and drink we munch through daily by the amount of calories they contain to decide if it will make us lose weight or gain weight. These experts put together formulas with the correct proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fats to keeping our bodies in good physical shape and gorgeous or so we are told. And every now and again another so called expert proclaims a new breakthrough such as the glycemic index or high-protein diet or fat-free nutrition but to name a few.

Have you not noticed that none of the high priests who serve only the financial interests of the major food corporations have only presented us with a program for dying young one would think it's a conspiracy to help cull the population who live on this overcrowded planet. And if anyone asks questions all we are told is to eat more of their manufactured, processed, refined foods enriched and fortified with special vitamins and minerals. The advertisement for Kellogg’s new fruit loops, part of their “K-SENTIALS for Growth” product line, promises “the same great taste” with added zinc, iron and calcium, and 50 per cent less sugar, but if you look at the ingredient they added more corn syrup which is sugar. Wow!

The hottest trend among food manufacturers is the addition of herbs to food production let's take a look, Ginseng Crunch Cereal, for more energy and antioxidants or maybe a bowl of Ginkgo Biloba Rings, for better memory and alertness. How about boosting your immune system with some kitchen Prescription Chicken Broth with Echinacea? Doesn’t this advertising hype for crappy “dead” food make you just sick? like the food will, additional herbs, spices or vitamins to deadly, processed, cancerous, disease-causing food doesn’t make it healthy food. If one continues to eat dead foods like these, you will literally get fat, along with a long line of other medical conditions.

The intricacy of natural food composition means that no isolated single nutrient is expected to work nearly so well as a food regime rich in the fruits and vegetables from which the nutrient was isolated, you follow. What is more significant is that the foodstuff that we do eat is in its natural living state–fresh, organic if possible, raw and rich in enzymes with its life element still present.

What the life element actually is, we just don't know, nobody has been able to explain accurately in great detail, though we know it has to do with energy and measurable electric frequencies and vibrations, and some say it to do with the energy from the sun and the elements of nature, somewhat like what the soul is to the body. Take an unripe orange for example. When we put this living fruit into a paper bag, its own energy is retained to speed up the ripening procedure. However, if we leave it in the bag for too long, the energy disappears and the orange will begin to go bad and become a dead food.

In recent times, many scientists have done a lot of research with water and its elements by recording and measuring its frequencies from different points of around from around the world. An eminent Austrian specialist Viktor Schauberger has studied and documented how living spring water changes its molecular structure to gather up oxygen as it enters the creek to flow down the mountain, and how it turns dead when it is chlorinated and then pumped through water pipes to our taps. The physicist Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig in his laboratory in Bad Horb, Germany. Did several experiment with thousands of test tubes with samples of water collected from all over the globe. By measuring their frequencies he was able to determine where the water originated—for example, from a well underground, a spring, river or a lake. He was also able to prove that we would benefit more by drinking living water, which has the molecular structure to be able to connect with and carry oxygen.

Likewise, by empirical evidence, we know living food provides us with more energy.

It's not only food and drink which poisons us but medicines I will only talk about it briefly.

Prescription and over the counter medications should be considered ‘Only’ as a last resort measure. Any real good doctor should correctly tell you, medication of any kind is poison metered out in controlled dosages. Many injuries, sickness and diseases can be managed through eating a clean food, healthy food diet. Please note I said healthy food ‘Not Health’ food diet.

Ok here is the deal do yourself and your family a really big favour , the next time you go to the super-market for a week or more worth of food, take a good look at the contents of your shopping basket before you line up to pay, and ask yourself this:

Is the food I am planning to buy, mostly in its natural state or is it evident that most of the food in my basket is far-far from its nature state, i.e. refined junk and processed.

This is the vital question. If you go to your fruit and vegetable section in your local food shop, you are most likely going to find food in its most natural state (there are issues here also like is it organic). However the cabbage looks like it should, the carrots are plain to see, and the fruits smell pretty good and so on.
Clean foods are minimally processed and as direct from nature as possible. They’re whole and free of additives, colorings, flavorings, sweeteners, and hormones. Look for foods with one word ingredients, such as spinach, blueberries, almonds, salmon, and lentils. The longer the ingredient list, the more room there is for manufacturing mischief, additions of chemicals, sugar, salt, harmful oils, and unneeded calories and the more likely it is that you should step away from the package so no one gets hurt!

Ok let's take a look around the rest of the shop, probably the fruit n vegetable space is about 12-18% of the total shop area set aside for food stuffs. That means that the rest of the foods available for you're to buy are some way away from their natural state. There is a good bet that a similar split in your shopping basket. Do you think that is serious? Should you be concerned?

Firstly it is established fact that we as humans are made up of elements found in the earth - 100% - we are natural, what exists in your garden soil is the building blocks for the human body. Our blood is replaced every ninety days, our soft tissue every three years and our bone every seven years.
We are continually being renewed. So if our bodies consist of the elements of the earth, nature what do you think is needed for this continual replacement and maintenance program to be successful?.....It isn't that difficult to grasp is it? If we want to have our blood cells, soft tissue cells and bone cells replaced with strong healthy blood cells, soft tissue cells and bone cells then we need to provide our bodies with the base materials it needs to build these strong healthy cells. I believe this is probably the most basic tenant of good health, remember I am no scientist or doctor but I think sometimes common sense can be useful!

So back to the food shop. You have a large choice of crap to eat, sorry I mean processed, frozen, freeze dried, chemically altered, reconstituted and otherwise human manipulated food stuffs to choose from. Most of these were originally once upon a time natural products. Somewhere along the line the greedy people or corrupt governments decided that they could perhaps improve upon them or somehow make them more appealing and more profitable by tampering with them, or maybe they just want to kill us all off so that the ideals of freedom and fair-trade and enough food for all could be a possibility, along with that ideas of democracy, for me Darwin was right it really should be about the survive of the fittest.

Anyway think of a simple pear, grown in a pear orchard out in the countryside somewhere in England under the blue skies, sunshine and rain. Grown in good ecological soil. That simple pear has grown and developed using extremely complex science that we humans do not yet fully comprehend. It has, through processes that are a mystery to me and scientists, absorbed goodness from the soil and presented it to us in the appealing form of a delicious pear. The same we can say for all the natural processes used by plants to present the foods we really need and found in that small section of the food store.

Now consider the humble cookie or biscuit. The basic ingredients would probably include some flour, water, butter, sugar etc. The trouble is even those basic ingredients have been "refined" or put through any number of processes, again the details are a mystery to me, but not to the guy who works at the large biscuit factory located on the edge of the city. What happens to the goodness and nutrition, naturally found in grains when they are refined? Up to 70-80% of mineral content is removed - vital minerals that our bodies needs and can easily absorb. The label may say the flour has been refined and "fortified" - that probably means that some minerals and vitamins have been "put back in" but often in a form that makes it very difficult for the body to absorb.

That's just the flour, I do not have the time or space to discuss the other natural ingredients and what has happened to them. And we have not even talked about the preservatives and other incredibly difficult to pronounce stuff they insist on stuffing into this sugar coated poison that is somewhat loosely called "food"!
You get the picture though! If we want to give our bodies what they need in order to carry out the ongoing process of repair and replacement that enables us to keep functioning with health and vitality we must eat the right sorts of food.

All I ask is that you carefully review the items in your basket before you pay up and leave. Please, consider spending a little more time and money in the fresh fruit and vegetable section where you can easily tell what is what, and spend a lot less time and money in the rest of Asda or Tesco's where the contents of the brightly
coloured crap is hidden from you with fancy words and good sounding fake vitamins.

Just remember that processed dead crappy food is now making up the vast majority of the westerner's diet. While others only eat Kosher or Halal food from their local store whom they trust, that reminds me of this related topic.
Interest in different racial characteristics in humans is a natural part of western traditional folk medicines and beliefs. It carries over from interest in the care and feeding of different breeds of cattle predominantly. For example a farmer knows a Guernsey and a Holsteins cannot be identically fed, or Jerseys fed like some other breed. As the farmer adapts the daily food intake to a specific breed of cattle, so does the common folk medicines and beliefs include the theory that the individual should follow the food habits of his particular division of the race he is from, i.e. like the farmer does with the different cow breeds.
By doing this a long step will be taken in the prevention of sickness because the cells of the body will receive the kind of food they can use best, unlike the rubbish we digest these days. We also learn from plants that racial strain shows itself in physical characteristics. Take the cactus for example. We recognise cactus by certain features developed though countless generations.
It has natural immunity to heat, retains moisture, and thrives under environmental conditions its ancestors learned to combat and to use many moons ago.
Take tomato plant or water cress for example, these conditions would not do at all. In Western Europe the three main white racial strains are Nordic, Alpine, and Mediterranean we English can fall into both classes traditionally (Nordic/Alpine), just to make it simple for now we will use these three groups of peoples, the most striking physical characteristic of Nordic is blondness, or a degree of blondness found in no other race, generally tall, with blue or green eyes, blond or light brown hair, narrow nose, very white skin, and long heads, by which I meant that the head measures more from front to back than from side to side, on the other hand Alpines generally have brown or hazel eyes, chestnut brown or black hair, and around head that has a tendency to breadth from ear to ear, if you have dark eyes, dark skin, black hair and a long head your "human house" is probably of Mediterranean decent . Now back to Nordics traditionally Nordics are and were largely fish eaters, eating about ten times as much fish as meat.
For vegetation, commonly land-grown elsewhere, they depend to a great extent on seaweed washed up on shore, and some moss harvested from seacoast rocks. So the person living in the Nordic "human house" who is willing and able to follow the diet of his racial strain should find a newness of health, greater freedom from sickness, less dental decay, renewed energy. Wheat bread and wheat cereals should not be for you; your bread is rye bread. White sugar is also not for you. Your proper sweetening agent should be honey. Muscle meats are also not for you, instead of beef, pork, lamb you should try to live off the ocean, eating more fish and sea foods. As for obtaining the Nordic vegetation, it is possible to buy seaweed or kelp tablets from any good health store.
One kelp tablet a day should provide the Nordic type with a good composite of minerals for which the Nordic body has been conditioned through centuries to receive. Alpines traditionally are not coastal people and land- grown foods such as cereals and meat and game, flocks, and herds are for them. Mediterranean's can eat all classes of food, such as seafood, dairy products, cereals, grapes and the juice of grapes. However all animals, including man, have the power to adapt themselves to their surrounding conditions, but the adaptation is not accomplished in one or two generations, or en several. It must be recognised that drastic change has been made in the dietary habits of nearly all peoples.
Development of machinery and transportation has made possible an available food supply. This, in turn, has allowed a greatly expanded population, which grew more rapidly because of advances made in control of epidemic disease and Live Aid, no only kidding. These changes have also changed the character of food from seafood to land- grown food. The change is especially drastic for those of Nordic descent.
It is not so easy to change our diet and our thinking because much of the processed stuff contains addictive sugars, salts etc. These seam to create a craving in us for more of the same garbage - we have to go through a period of cold turkey to beat these cravings but when we do.Wow!! The Papaya, the Cantaloupes, the Parsnips.....they all taste so good - and that`s just what your tongue is telling you.
